NPL Free Agent Signing Period

Minor-league bids are bid in actual salary. A MLB salary always beats a minor-league salary. Any MiLB bid greater than 1M will come with opt-out clauses.

The first bid, which will be left as a comment, begins the bidding window, except for players on specific Qualifying Offer or player opt-out deadlines.

Bidding stays open for a minimum of 72 hours following the first comment. After 24 hours of no bids after the most recent bid once the 72-hour window has been satisfied, the player will sign with the team.

More comprehensive explanations is found in the e-mail titled "NPL Free Agency Rules", sent 11/6 at about 9 PM, and the follow-up the next day, both sent by Evan.

Lack of reading the e-mails, remembering what was said in the email, misunderstanding, etc. etc. does not absolve you of rule violations. Everything is final.
